All pricing quotes are valid for fifteen (15) days from the date issued. No space is currently reserved, and pricing is not guaranteed until:
- The Tour Agreement has been signed by all required parties
- The required deposit has been received
- Written confirmation has been issued
Upon receipt of the signed agreement and deposit, all services will be confirmed based on availability.
Package pricing is based on the minimum number of paying participants indicated in your proposal. Pricing may be adjusted if the minimum participation requirement is not met.
Room pricing is based on occupancy and the number of individuals sharing accommodations. Rooms may accommodate up to four participants, and pricing is available for:
- Single Occupancy
- Double Occupancy
- Triple Occupancy
- Quad Occupancy
All performers pay the same package price regardless of age.
There are no hidden costs or surprise fees. If an attraction, venue, activity, or admission is listed under the 'Package Includes' section of your itinerary, the cost of admission is included in your package price. Items not specifically listed as included are the responsibility of the participant.
Due to fluctuations in transportation and fuel costs, ADX Academy and our travel partners reserve the right to apply a fuel surcharge if imposed by transportation providers. Historically, these costs have been absorbed whenever possible; however, should significant increases occur, surcharges may be passed through to participants. Fuel-related surcharges have typically ranged between 1% and 4% of the total trip cost.
A deposit is required to confirm participation and reserve space in the experience. Final payment balances and final rooming lists are due no later than forty-five (45) days prior to departure unless otherwise stated in your payment plan agreement. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in cancellation of reservations and forfeiture of deposits as outlined in the Tour Agreement.
Travel insurance is available and strongly recommended for all participants and families. It is offered as a prorated plan and must be added separately within 30 days of registration. Coverage options may include:
- Trip cancellation due to illness or family emergency
- Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) coverage
- Trip interruption protection
- Travel delay reimbursement
- Common carrier cancellation or service interruption coverage
- Additional benefits and protections outlined in the policy

ADX Academy serves as the educational, creative, and performance experience provider for this program. Travel arrangements, transportation coordination, hotel contracting, and certain travel-related services are provided through our official travel partner, ETA Adventures. Participants understand that certain travel services may be subject to the policies, procedures, and supplier agreements administered by ETA Adventures and their travel providers. Questions regarding travel insurance, transportation, airline services, or travel-related supplier policies may be directed through the ADX Academy team, who will coordinate with ETA Adventures on your behalf.
If you select a Double, Triple, or Quad occupancy option, ADX Academy will actively assist in matching your performer with age-appropriate roommates from your group and other participating organizations.
If ADX Academy is unable to fulfill your selected occupancy level, we will contact you before any changes are made and discuss available options. You will never be surprised by additional room charges without prior communication.
Our goal is to ensure every performer has a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable roommate experience.
